Man United 2, Arsenal 1, As it Happened Yesterday in the Barclays EPL

It was a really sad moment when Van Persie scored the first goal for Man United. H e did not even celebrate much as usual and may be this was because he kind of felt sorry for his former club.

He even shook hands with Arsene Wenger his former boss during half time.


Wayne Rooney missing his penalty and dissappointing Sir Alex Ferguson again. Most people, especially Man United's fans blamed Rooney for missing the penalty and thought that he should have left it to Van Persie whom they thought he would not have missed it.

Sir Alex Ferguson warned his team to be careful not to keep missing goals as he remembers how his team lost the EPL Championship by goal difference.

Via HITC Sport Arsene Wenger has called on Arsenal fans to respect Robin van Persie tomorrow when they take on Manchester United.
