Balotelli Rejected by Walter Zenga
Mario Balotelli has been snubbed by Sampdoria with coach Walter Zenga insisting they will not be signing the Kop flop.

Club president Massimo Ferrero had claimed Sampdoria were interested in bringing Balotelli back to his native Italy and the striker has managed just four goals for Liverpool.

Liverpool are keen to offload Balotelli 10 months after buying him from AC Milan for £16million as part of the overhaul of their misfiring strike force.

But Samp coach Zenga has ended their interest as he ruled out a move for the former Manchester City hitman, along with free agent Antonio Cassano.

"Cassano and Balotelli are players of extraordinary talent, but no, we won't be signing them," he said.
